This song is about always being there for a friend. We know what its like to feel desperate for friendship, to feel along, longing , wanting, watching waiting , hopeless. Sometimes its at our lowest lows that we can finally admit to ourselves who we are. We know what it feels like to lie to yourself, to lie to others , to hurt and to feel hurt. Broken , abandoned. its that pain and anguish the so pivotally defines our best and happiest moments. Without darkness there can be no light. Thats why once a friendship is forged you must take it seriously enough. Stand up for your friends, do whats right when it counts, lead by positive example and find mutually beneficial and reasoned solutions through effective communication. Sometimes its as simple as telling your friend that " with all your weight on my shoulders I won't let you down ". This is our song to you and if you are our friends, we will never let you down.
